We work for homeowners and communities, for the commercial sector (shops, restaurants, offices, hotels, golf courses, supermarkets) and for industry (warehouses, workshops and plant rooms). Small and large projects: from replacing one unit to air-conditioning a whole building.

A VRF/VRV system serves many rooms from few outdoor units, controls each zone separately and can recover heat between them. It is the usual choice for hotels, offices, care homes and large shops.
We install complete VRF/VRV projects or work as installers for integrators, engineering firms, builders and manufacturers: setting out, refrigerant pipework and branches, condensate drains, communication and control wiring, leak test and vacuum, refrigerant charge and commissioning (with the manufacturer's service team where required). Our team trains continuously with manufacturers — most recently with Daikin.
Fresh-air ventilation
Shops, restaurants, offices and gyms need a constant supply of fresh air. We provide it with heat recovery units and ductwork integrated with the air conditioning: filtered, tempered air in, stale air out, and its energy recovered. We have done this, for example, for the air conditioning and ventilation of a restaurant belonging to a restaurant chain.
What the installation includes

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a multi-split and a VRF/VRV?
A multi-split connects a few indoor units (usually 2 to 5) to one outdoor unit. A VRF/VRV takes many more, adjusts refrigerant to each zone's demand and can recover heat between zones — the option for hotels, offices and buildings.
Do you install VRF for integrators or manufacturers?
Yes. The whole installation or the part you need: pipework, drains, controls and commissioning with the manufacturer.
What is a rooftop unit?
A packaged unit installed on the roof that air-conditions large spaces through ducts: warehouses, supermarkets or large shops.
Do you install ventilation in restaurants and shops?
Yes, with heat recovery units and ductwork, integrated with the air conditioning.
How long does it take to install a split unit?
A straightforward wall split is usually installed and running in a day. Ducted, multi-split, VRF and rooftop depend on the job; the timescale is in the quote.

How often should it be serviced?
In a home, once a year before summer; in busy premises, twice. Under Spain's RITE regulation, thermal installations over 70 kW require a maintenance contract.
