Frequently asked questions
What is a 'boletín' and when do I need one?
It's the electrical installation certificate. You need it to connect a supply, increase your contracted power, after a rewire or when the utility asks for it. We issue the paperwork after checking and, if needed, upgrading the installation.
Can I install a charger in my community garage space?
Yes. You just need to notify the community; the circuit usually runs from your meter to your space. We check the route and quote you.
Can I charge my car from my solar panels?
Yes, with a charger that uses surplus solar. We set it up to charge when you're producing more than you use.
Do you handle supply upgrades?
Yes: we check the installation, upgrade it if needed and handle the paperwork with the network operator.
