What data we process and why
- Contact details (name, phone, email, area or address) and any information you give us about your installation, including photos, to answer your enquiries, prepare quotes and arrange visits.
- Customer data, to provide the contracted service, invoice and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- WhatsApp, phone, email or website form conversations, to handle your request and follow it up.
Contact form
If you write to us using the form on this website, we process the data you give us (name, company, phone, email, area, service, how you found us and your message) to reply and, if you ask, prepare a quote. We receive it by email and it is stored on our web hosting. Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted within one year.
To stop automated submissions the form uses ALTCHA, a check carried out by your own browser: it sets no cookies, uses no third-party services and does not track you. To limit abuse we keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address for 24 hours, which cannot identify you.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (quotes and visits), performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, your consent.
WhatsApp and use of artificial intelligence
Some replies on our messaging channels are prepared by an artificial intelligence assistant under the supervision of our staff. You can ask to speak to a person at any time.
How long we keep it
For the duration of the business relationship and then for the legal periods (generally six years for commercial records and four for tax). Enquiry data that doesn't lead to a contract is deleted when no longer needed.
Recipients
We do not share data with third parties except where required by law (tax authority, courts). Service providers may access it as data processors under contract: web hosting, business management software, email, WhatsApp Business messaging and its connection provider, our accountants and the provider of the AI assistant. Some may be outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to , stating which right you are exercising. If you feel they have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
