Builders and developers
We take on the building services of the project with one point of contact — air conditioning and ventilation, electrical, solar hot water or heat pumps for HE4, solar PV and telecoms — coordinated with the other trades and the schedule, with full documentation for each installation.
Fit-out contractors and integrators
For those who deliver turnkey shops and franchises: air conditioning and ventilation, electrics and lighting, data network. We work to the opening date; we have done this, for example, for the air conditioning and ventilation of a restaurant belonging to a restaurant chain.
VRF/VRV projects with integrators, engineers and manufacturers
We install complete VRF/VRV systems or the part you need — refrigerant pipework, drains, controls and commissioning with the manufacturer — in hotels, offices and buildings. Ongoing manufacturer training, most recently with Daikin.
Hotels and golf courses
Installations that can't stop: room and common-area air conditioning, solar hot water and heat pumps, ventilation, electrics and preventive maintenance with reports, planned to cause as little disruption as possible.
Supermarkets, retail and restaurants
Openings, refits and maintenance across one or many sites: rooftop and VRF, ventilation, consumer units and lighting, data network and CCTV, to the same standard in every store.
Industry
Warehouses and workshops: industrial cooling and ventilation, power distribution, rooftop solar and electrical maintenance.
