In short: we deliver turnkey solar self-consumption systems for homes, communities, businesses and warehouses: consumption and roof study, supply of panels, inverter and mounting, installation, registration and surplus compensation set-up, batteries if they pay off, pigeon-proofing mesh and maintenance.
What a turnkey installation includes
- Study: we look at your electricity bills, the roof's orientation and shading, and size the system so it pays back.
- Written quote covering panels, inverter, mounting, protection and labour.
- Installation of mounting, panels, cabling, protection devices and inverter.
- Registration: installation certificate, self-consumption registration and surplus compensation set-up.
- Commissioning and monitoring, so you can see production and consumption on your phone.
Batteries: when they make sense
A battery stores what you don't use during the day for the evening and night. It pays off mainly when you use a lot of power in the evening or when the price paid for your surplus is low. We run the numbers with and without a battery so you can decide. We can also add a battery to an existing system.
Pigeon-proofing mesh
Pigeons nest under solar panels: they make a mess, damage cabling and reduce output. Pigeon-proofing mesh closes the gap between the panels and the roof without drilling the modules. We fit it on new and existing installations, even if we didn't install them, with a clean beforehand if needed.
Maintenance and cleaning
Dust, Saharan haze and bird droppings reduce output. We clean panels, check connections and protection devices, test the inverter and review production. More under maintenance.
Solar and electric cars
If you have or plan to have an electric car, we take it into account when sizing: a well-configured charger can charge from your solar surplus.
Frequently asked questions
How many panels do I need?
It depends on your annual consumption and when you use it. With a year of bills we work out the size that pays back best; filling the roof isn't always worthwhile.
Do I need a permit?
Usually a notification or minor works licence at the town hall, depending on the municipality and the building. We handle it as part of the installation.
What happens to the energy I don't use?
It goes to the grid and, under simplified surplus compensation, your supplier deducts it from your bill. We handle the set-up.
Do you fit pigeon mesh on panels you didn't install?
Yes. We inspect the system, clean it if needed and seal the perimeter with mesh.
