Contracts for businesses and communities
For shops, offices, warehouses, retail chains and communities we prepare a plan with the number of visits per year, what is checked on each one and how breakdowns are handled. You get a report after every visit.
Under Spain's building thermal installations regulation (RITE), systems over 70 kW require a maintenance contract with an authorised maintenance company. We advise you on what applies to you.
How often
As a rule: domestic air conditioning once a year before summer; busy commercial premises twice; solar panels one check and clean a year (more with dust or birds); electrics in shops and warehouses depending on use.

Yes, any brand. On the first visit we check its condition and tell you if anything needs fixing.
What if the service finds a fault?
We explain it and quote you before repairing. Nothing is touched without your approval.
Do you offer contracts for owners' communities?
Yes: common areas, garages, lighting, door entry and communal air conditioning.
